Shear Connector Studs
LOADSTAR Shear Connector Studs are headed weld studs engineered to create composite action between steel beams and concrete slabs. When arc-stud welded to the top flange of a steel girder, shear connector studs interlock the steel and concrete elements so that they behave as a single composite unit — significantly increasing the load-bearing capacity, stiffness, and overall efficiency of the structural system.
